Job Description - SALES BDC APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR

Description

Universal Toyota is a large volume dealer located on the Northeast side of San Antonio. We sell new Toyotas and all makes and models of pre-owned vehicles with an award-winning Service Department on site.

Universal Toyota is looking to hire full-time business development agents to help manage our opportunities. Candidates will be responsible for conducting business both online and over the phone with the emphasis of appointment setting. Responsibilities include driving and increasing customer traffic, appointment setting and customer service. Excellent opportunities for advancement, growth and professional development.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Receive inbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment date and time from the prospect
  • Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests, and providing general or related vehicle sales information.
  • Work in close proximity with other Sales BDC Representatives in a team based environment.
  • Facilitate timely follow up on all internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures.
  • Communicate with the dealership management or front-line employees on behalf of our guests.
  • Participate in departmental and dealership meetings; other duties as assigned by management.

Pay structure will be hourly plus bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental, 401K, and Christmas Bonus plans. Successful candidates will also have opportunity for advancement. *This is not a remote job role*

Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

*Minimum 1 year inbound and outbound call center experience

*Preferred experience in the Automotive industry

*Strong understanding of performance-based initiatives

*Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and have a solid background in all MS Office products.

*Must be self-motivated and detail oriented

*Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

*Ability to learn new software programs and systems quickly

*High School Diploma or GED is required
