Sales BDC Assistant

Stamford Hyundai has an opening for a Sales BDC Assistant.

The Sales BDC Assistant position is the Communications Hub for the Sales Department. 

The Sales BDC Assistant will:

• Receive cash, checks and credit card deposit from customers; document, and provide receipts


• Input inventory information to computer systems with accuracy and efficiency


• Assist with Scheduling Sales Appointments


• Answer and distribute incoming sales calls per procedure


• Greet Customers and Connect them with Salespeople


• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees


• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

The Sales BDC Assistant needs:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required


• Experience with DealerTrack and VinSolutions a plus


• Ability to communicate effectively


• Professional Appearance and Demeanor
