The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for a positive, driven individual to join our diverse team as a Full-Time Sales BDC Coordinator. If you're someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for customer service—we can't wait to hear from you!

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off 

Compensation: Hourly base pay plus a generous monthly bonus/commission plan 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering incoming calls and helping schedule appointments for our Sales team
   
• Respond to sales calls and online inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
   
• Keeping daily reports organized and up to date
   
• Following up with clients and internal team members
   
• Assisting with other tasks as needed by management

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an Automotive BDC or sales role is a big plus  
• Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written  
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel  
•  Strong attention to detail  
• Highly organized and dependable  
• Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone
