Job Title: Sales Opportunity Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  Respond promptly to internet-generated leads via email, phone, and text.

  Assist customers in identifying the right vehicle to meet their needs and preferences.

  Collaborate with customers to gather required information and begin the approval process.

  Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and drive sales opportunities.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a seamless hand off of qualified leads.
