Responsibilities

  Professionally manage all inbound leads with speed, accuracy, and confidence.

  
  


• 
  

  Convert incoming sales calls into qualified showroom appointments.

  
  


• 
  

  Make 80+ outbound calls per shift to prospects and existing customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with unsold showroom traffic to regain opportunities.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain long-term customer follow-up for retention and future sales.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep detailed, accurate notes in the CRM to support the sales team.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all dealership processes and adapt quickly to workflow changes.

  
  

Schedule

• 
  

  Monday–Saturday

  
  


• 
  

  One weekday off each week

  
  


• 
  

  9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break) OR 10 AM - 7 PM (1-hour break)

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Prior BDC experience is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Process-driven, reliable, and self-motivated.

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.

  
  


•
