Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is vital to initiating customer engagement, setting appointments, and supporting the sales department in converting leads into satisfied customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and follow up with internet, phone, and walk-in leads to set appointments. 
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential customers and track interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the dealership in a professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
  • Assist with marketing efforts and dealership promotions as needed

Requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; automotive experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with phone-based and digital communication.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership environment.
