We are currently seeking a Sales Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our call center team. This role plays a key part in the customer experience by supporting service customers with appointment scheduling, vehicle updates, and retention efforts.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Outbound call responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
No-show follow-ups
Appointment confirmations
Lead follow-ups
Daily task list completion
Complete 125 outbound calls per day
Achieve a goal of 5–7 appointments set per day
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude at all times
Perform additional duties as assigned
