Location: Lexus of Orlando – Orlando, FL
Walk-In Interviews: Friday & Saturday | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Lexus of Orlando is hiring a full-time Internal Sales / BDC Associate to join our high-performing Business Development Center. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering a luxury guest experience — we want to meet you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to phone and internet sales inquiries


• Build rapport with guests to schedule appointments and increase conversions


• Accurately track all customer interactions using our CRM system


• Effectively multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment


• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product and communication knowledge


• Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level guest experience every time

✅ Qualifications

• Dependable team player with a positive, professional demeanor


• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred


• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills


• Committed to guest satisfaction and detail-oriented service


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
