Description of the role:

I am seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as an Automotive Career Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle that fits their needs and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Run your own business everyday


• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business


• Stay up to date on the latest automotive trends and training


• Help customers navigate the car buying process from start to finish


• Commit to continuous training and the pursuit of excellence

Requirements:

• Prior retail sales experience preferred or position with constant customer contact (i.e. bartender, server, customer assistant)


• Bring high energy and enthusiasm to work


• Ability to follow directions


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

• Paid training up to 60 days.


• Competitive compensation with expectation of $50,000+ 1st year and $100,000 by end of third year
