We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales + Catering Manager to lead sales initiatives and catering strategies across Field and Stream Lodge Co, Dry Fly Saloon, and Honey Hole. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, uncovering local corporate accounts, expanding catering event business, and strengthening brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales + catering, account management, and proactive lead generation, with a collaborative approach to building long-term client relationships.
This is a full-time, on-site, exempt position that reports to the Director | Sales + Marketing. The salary for this position is $75,000.

What You'll Do
Field and Stream Business Travel Sales Manager (50%)
- Develop and execute targeted corporate sales strategies to grow weekday demand and build a stable base of business travel revenue.
- Solicit, negotiate, and manage corporate negotiated, and extended stay rate agreements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activity, account production, and client interactions in STS.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly, and annual corporate negotiated revenue targets.
- Conduct site visits and property tours for corporate decision makers, travel managers, and procurement partners.
- Partner closely with operations, front desk, and revenue management teams to ensure seamless delivery of the business traveler experience.
- Execute proactive sales outreach through cold calls, scheduled appointments, in market sales calls, emails, trade shows, and industry events to generate new business travel demand.
- Represent and promote the hotel through consistent networking and participation in local business, chamber, and industry organizations.
- Prepare for and actively participate in scheduled sales and commercial strategy meetings, providing account updates and action plans.
- Develop targeted promotions, corporate offers, and account specific initiatives to support negotiated rate production.
- Participate in relevant industry associations that increase visibility with corporate travel buyers and business travel partners.
- Monitor travel, corporate, and market trends to identify new business travel opportunities and inform sales strategy.
Dry Fly Saloon & Honey Hole Local Catering Sales Manager (50%)
- Generate new catering business through proactive outreach, community networking, and local partnerships
- Respond to catering inquiries, create proposals, and manage the sales cycle from initial lead to definite contract to turnover to Events Manager.
- Conduct site visits, tastings, and client meetings to showcase offerings and secure bookings
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, planners, and repeat clients to drive year-round catering revenue
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure accurate event details, and expectations
- Develop seasonal packages, promotional offers, and targeted sales campaigns for the local market
- Maintain detailed records of leads, bookings, and client interactions to support accurate forecasting and reporting
- Represent the brand at community events and business functions to increase visibility and generate leads
- Provide feedback and performance insights on property-level engagement.
- Support the conceptualization of experiential activations and brand events.
- Assist in developing and maintaining partnerships with local businesses, breweries, distilleries, and tourism boards.
- Support cross-promotional activities and ensure alignment with hotel
What You Bring To The Table
- Hotel experience handling group or business travel.
- Strong knowledge of the local and regional market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Proficient in CRM/account management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
