Key Responsibilities:

• Guide individuals and families through tax relief solutions with professionalism and empathy


• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls


• Build trust by understanding client needs and presenting customized solutions


• Assist clients with IRS authorizations, documentation, and payment arrangements


• Accurately manage leads and follow processes within the CRM


• Close deals using proven sales techniques and maximize revenue opportunities

Qualifications:

• Sales experience required; background in tax relief, mortgage, debt settlement, or student loans preferred


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset


• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology


• Coachable and growth-oriented


• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

This position is designated in-office, located in Irvine, CA. Must be willing to commute to the office Monday through Friday. Weekend shifts are voluntary once training is complete.
