This role ensures the field has the right information, tools, and messaging at the right time to effectively engage customers and drive business results.\n\n \n\nThis leader owns the sales editorial calendar, executes copywriting and content development for internal field communications, and ensures timely, clear, and actionable delivery across communication channels. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.\n\n \n\nRelocation Assistance:\n\nRelocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.\n\n \n\nVisa Sponsorship:\n\nBoston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.\n\n \n\n \n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\n * Own and manage the U.S. sales communications editorial calendar, ensuring prioritization, sequencing, and alignment across all field-facing communications.\n * Lead development and delivery of clear, concise, and actionable communications to the field across channels including email, CRM notifications, newsletters, intranet, mobile tools, and sales enablement platforms.\n * Oversee copywriting and content creation for sales communications, ensuring messaging is aligned to commercial priorities, campaign timelines, and brand standards.\n * Partner with marketing, product, training, events, operations, and leadership teams to gather communication needs and translate them into effective field messaging.\n * Ensure field readiness enterprise and strategic initiatives through coordinated communication plans and activation guides.\n * Establish communication governance standards to reduce redundancy, improve clarity, and enhance field engagement.\n * Collaborate with sales leadership and commercial excellence teams to ensure communications align with field workflows, priorities, and timing.\n * Measure effectiveness of field communications through engagement metrics, feedback loops, and field surveys; continuously optimize strategy based on insights.\n * Partner with digital and marketing automation teams to leverage platforms that improve targeting, personalization, and delivery efficiency.\n * Support development of FAQs, quick-reference guides, and messaging playbooks that equip the field with consistent and confident customer messaging.\n * Ensure communications comply with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.\n * Contribute to continuous improvement of communication processes, tools, and field enablement strategies.\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.\n * 5 years of experience in internal communications, sales enablement, marketing communications, or related roles.\n * Demonstrated experience managing editorial calendars and delivering high-volume, high-impact communications.\n * Strong copywriting and editorial skills with ability to translate complex business updates into clear, actionable messaging.\n * Experience working closely with commercial or field sales organizations.\n * Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.\n\n\n\n \n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Experience in healthcare, medical device, or regulated industry marketing or communications.\n * Experience supporting field readiness for product launches or commercial campaigns.\n * Familiarity with CRM, sales enablement platforms, and internal communication tools.\n * Experience leveraging analytics or feedback tools to optimize communication effectiveness.\n\n\n\n \n\nKey Competencies\n\n * Strong written communication and storytelling skills tailored for sales audiences.\n * Exceptional organizational and editorial planning capabilities.\n * Customer (field)-first mindset with focus on clarity, relevance, and actionability.\n * Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.\n * Ability to balance urgency, accuracy, and compliance in a fast-paced commercial environment.\n * Continuous improvement mindset with focus on enabling field success and productivity.\n\n\n\n \n\nRequisition ID: 627588\n\nMinimum Salary: $89200\n\nMaximum Salary: $169500\n\nThe anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) \u2013 see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com\u2014will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
