**Position is paid on an hourly basis for the first 90 days are training with commissions earned on sales even during training, AND then moves to a salary position plus tiered commission structure that provides continuously increasing earnings potential!!**

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up and close
- Contact leads generated by marketing companies and schedule for consultations
- Confirm consult appointments and conduct pre-consultation calls and provide follow-up communications
- Conduct consults while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
- Maintain acceptable level of personal production
- Maintain a clean an orderly office space
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Can easily communicate with owners and clients
- Track your hours worked and your sales commissions, then turn them to ownership in a timely manner
- Treat everyone with respect
POSITION:
The purpose of the Sales consultant is to assist the Owners and General Manager with new package and membership sales. The Sales consultant will conduct all initial consults, body measurements, before/after photos, and sales closes. The position also assists with the retention of existing members and sanitizing the red-light therapy equipment and vibration platform after each use.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- You are passionate about health and wellness
- You are well versed in a med-spa sales environment
- You are able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing customer experience
- You are not bummed out by having to work on Saturdays
- Your communication skills and personality are high-energy and engaging
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are required
- Previous med spa, red light therapy, and/or cool sculpting sales is a MAJOR plus
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales numbers each week/month
- Ability to learn and use new software systems
- Ability to read a tape measure and do calculations (before/after body measurements for clients)
- Knowledge of and experience in health and wellness services is desired
- Knowledge of and experience in weight loss and/or body contouring is preferred, but not required
