Job Description - Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and communication.

Manage weekly sales flow (10–20 clients).

Call clients before estimates to build rapport and set expectations.

Conduct in-home visits to collect data for estimates.

Prepare estimates using Paint Estimating Program (PEP).

Follow up to close sales and build long-term client relationships.

Serve as primary client contact.

Attend weekly review meetings and report to management.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with good driving record and be insurable

Must have reliable personal transportation for conducting on-site estimates.

High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of sales-related work experience

Strong communication skills

Ability to be on time and maintain a schedule

Basic computer and software skills are needed

Please note that painting experience is not required.

Compensation: $25,000.00 per year
