What You’ll Do

• Help customers discover the excitement of powersports by guiding them to the right ride.
• Manage leads and opportunities through our CRM with speed and accuracy.
• Respond to walk-ins, calls, and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Guide customers through the full sales process—from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
• Accurately complete transactions, contracts, and required documentation.
• Partner with service, parts, and finance teams to create a seamless experience.

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent people skills.  
• Previous sales experience (powersports, automotive, or related industries preferred).  
• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.  
• Knowledge of motorcycles and powersports products is a plus.  
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals.  
• Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement encouraged).
