Job Description - Sales Consultant

Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant – Service Drive Specialist

Location: Bartonsville, PA

Company: Abeloff Nissan

Are you an experienced auto sales professional looking for a high-traffic store with a fresh approach? Abeloff Nissan is growing fast and seeking a high-performing Sales Consultant who knows how to work the service drive, build trust, and close deals—all while respecting the process and the team.

What You’ll Do:

Proactively engage service customers and identify upgrade opportunities

Use your knowledge of sales-to-service strategies to create long-term relationships

Partner with service advisors without overstepping—we value collaboration

Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups using multiple dealership systems (CRM, DMS, VIN tools, etc.)

Deliver an exceptional, transparent customer experience from service bay to sales floor

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years automotive sales experience required

Proven ability to prospect and sell in a service lane environment

Comfortable with digital tools and multiple software platforms

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Flexible schedule – great for early risers (no late nights!) Maybe some Saturdays

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
