Pay Scale: $32,000.00-100,000.00 plus a year

Sales Consultants will:

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any guest who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. 


• Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.


• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.


• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.


• Build strong rapport with customers. 


• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/pre-owned vehicles. 


• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.


• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

Requirements:

• 1 year sales experience: Ex. Auto/Retail/Insurance, etc. -Preffered 


• Bi-Lingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply


• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license


• Willing to submit to a background check for sales licensing purposes


• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday


• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections 


• Have quality customer service skills


• Possess strong communication skills


• Ability to remain in stationary positions (standing/sitting) for extended periods of time, 6 plus hours.


• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs comfortably.


• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stoop occasionally.
