Job Description - Sales Consultant




We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team at Smithtown Toyota. This role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, assisting them in their vehicle selection process, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their experience.

Responsibilities:



  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences

  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits

  • Negotiate pricing and finalize purchase agreements

  • Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction





Qualifications



  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends



  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred



  • Ready to waste no time on learning new products with an eagerness to improve



  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members



  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance



  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
