As a Sales Consultant at Re-Bath, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers transform their bathrooms into stunning, functional spaces. You’ll engage with clients in our showroom, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that bring their vision to life. Using your communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll present products, negotiate terms, and close deals that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and consult with customers to understand their remodeling goals and design preferences
Present and explain product options, pricing, and installation processes clearly and professionally
Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, POS systems) to manage leads, track client communications, and process sales
Prepare and present accurate quotes and proposals to customers
Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain lasting relationships to drive repeat business
Collaborate with installation teams and project managers to ensure smooth execution of sales
Represent Re-Bath at trade shows, local events, and client site visits as needed
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current with new bathroom design trends
Requirements (Must-Have)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field preferred
CRM Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems or POS tools (e.g., Salesforce, pricing software)
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain bathroom product specifications (materials, measurements, and installations)
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations
Availability: Must be able to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed
Location: On-site role at Kentwood, MI showroom; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Legal Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
Customer Focus: Strong passion for helping clients achieve their dream bathroom spaces
Adaptability: Comfortable working with diverse clients (homeowners, contractors, etc.)
Self-Motivation: Proven ability to generate leads, follow up, and close sales independently
Nice to Have (Preferred)
Sales Training/Certifications: Prior training in sales methodologies (e.g., consultative selling, SPIN selling, or CRM certifications)
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with bathroom products (fixtures, tiles, vanities, plumbing systems) or the home improvement industry
