Position: Sales Consultant
Location: Kia of Lincoln (brand-new dealership coming soon!)Be part of something big. We’re building a brand-new, multi-million-dollar Kia dealership, and we’re looking for go-getters to join our founding sales team. You’ll start at our temporary facility now and help shape the culture, energy, and success of our brand-new showroom opening in about 9 months.

What You’ll Do:


  • Help guests find the perfect Kia—online and in person

  • Learn the lineup: gas, hybrid, and EVs

  • Deliver an awesome, transparent buying experience

  • Build lasting relationships with customers

  • Help us create the playbook for our new store


What We’re Looking For:


  • No experience? No problem! We’ll train you.

  • Friendly, driven, and ready to learn

  • Great communicator who loves helping people

  • Valid driver’s license & clean record
