Job Description - Sales Consultant



Fields Porsche of Jacksonville is seeking a Luxury Sales Professional that is passionate about the Porsche brand to join our dynamic sales team to provide an exceptional experience!  Our goal is to provide the best customer experience and create life-long relationships.

The Ideal Candidate Will:



  • Possess a professional demeanor and impeccable presentation.

  • Excel at building rapport and maintaining long-term client relationships.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the luxury client profile.

  • Be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to achieving top-tier sales results.


 


Responsibilities: 



  • Acquire and maintain extensive product knowledge. 



  • Be knowledgeable about the dealership’s complete inventory. 



  • Achieve sales targets by selling and delivering a required number of units per month. 



  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom and sales lot with enthusiasm and courtesy. 



  • Clearly explain vehicle performance, benefits, and optional equipment. 



  • Offer test drives and follow dealership procedures for customer identification. 



  • Use the dealership’s sales control and follow-up system effectively. 



  • Demonstrate a high commitment to customer satisfaction. 



  • Understand and adhere to federal, state, and local auto sales laws. 



  • Explain vehicle equity, values, and depreciation to customers. 



  • Ensure the sales manager meets each customer. 



  • Complete and submit all necessary paperwork to the finance and insurance manager. 



  • Prepare vehicles for delivery and ensure the customer understands the vehicle’s features, warranty, and paperwork. 



  • Follow up on post-delivery items, tag/title work, and customer requests. 



  • Maintain systems for owner follow-up, prospect development, and customer satisfaction. 


 


Qualifications: 


Required Experience:



  • Automobile Sales: Proven track record of success in auto sales is required.

  • Luxury Retail: Significant experience working in the luxury retail market (e.g., high-end automotive, jewelry, high-fashion, high-end real estate).



  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily. 



  • Comprehension of instructions and information. 



  • Basic math skills. 



  • Understanding of safety regulations and practices. 



  • Background and MVR checks required
