What You’ll Be Doing:

• Make Dreams Come True: Help customers find the perfect Subaru for their lifestyle. Whether it's the adventurous Outback, the versatile Forester, or the sporty WRX, you’ll be the expert in matching them with their ideal vehicle


• Deliver an Unforgettable Experience: From the first test drive to handing over the keys, you’ll ensure every step of the sales process is exciting, smooth, and memorable


• Product Knowledge Guru: Become an expert on Subaru’s line-up of vehicles. You’ll educate customers on everything from Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive to advanced safety and technology features


• Hit Goals & Earn Big: We believe in rewarding hard work. With our competitive commission structure, the more you sell, the more you earn

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience (automotive preferred, but high-performing sales backgrounds will be considered)


• A professional, people-first approach with strong communication and listening skills


• Self-motivation and the drive to exceed goals


• A positive attitude and polished presentation


• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered
