General Floor is looking for a dynamic Design Consultant to join our Bellmawr showroom team — and this is not your typical retail sales position.

We are a wholesale flooring distributor that sells exclusively to contractors.

We offer our contractors a FREE showroom service so they can bring their homeowners into our beautiful showroom instead of carrying heavy flooring samples from house to house.

And when they arrive?
They meet YOU.

You provide the professional design guidance that helps contractors close the deal.

💼 What You’ll Do

✨ Conduct personalized design consultations in our showroom
✨ Help homeowners select flooring that fits their style, lifestyle, and budget
✨ Ask questions and actively listen
✨ Present options with confidence and clarity
✨ Work alongside contractors to ensure smooth project flow
✨ Turn uncertainty into confident decisions

Salary Range: $45K-$55K plus lucrative bonus
