Engage showroom, phone, and internet sales leads
Respond to inbound leads quickly via CRM, phone, text, and email
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Build value in new and pre-owned Subaru inventory
Maintain strong follow-up process to generate repeat and referral business
Utilize CRM software to track prospects, activities, and pipeline
Work closely with Finance & Insurance (F&I) managers to finalize transactions
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Maintain expert knowledge of Subaru products, trim levels, warranties, and technology
Deliver a transparent, customer-focused buying experience from start to finish
Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Availability to work flexible retail hours, including some evenings and weekends
Established dealership serving Skokie, Evanston, and Chicago’s North Shore
High brand loyalty with Subaru customers
Supportive leadership and structured training
Consistent showroom traffic and internet lead flow
