Job Description - Sales Consultant




Sales Consultant:
Income Potential: $60,000 – $125,000+


 


Our Nissan sales department is intentionally developing the next generation of top performers. You don’t need prior automotive sales experience. You do need drive, personal standards, and the ability to follow through consistently.


This is a place where initiative is noticed, results are rewarded, and advancement is earned.  You control the pace, you control the results, you control the income.

-Aggressive commissions & performance bonuses

The Opportunity:  This is a front-line revenue role with autonomy and accountability.  This is a metrics-driven environment. If you like scoreboards, you’ll thrive here. 


-Take ownership of customer interactions   
-Ask direct questions and move conversations forward
-Demonstrate vehicles and lead test drives
-Present numbers confidently and ask for decisions
-Build your own client pipeline & marketing
-Follow up with purpose and close business
-Track performance and improve weekly
