Sales Consultant

M & D Mechanical Contractors is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their requirements - Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall sales performance - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities - Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required - Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or HVAC industry - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
