What You'll Do



  • Help customers find the right new and pre-owned vehicles to fit their needs and budget

  • Greet customers on the lot and in the showroom, build rapport, and guide them through the sales process

  • Learn and present vehicle features, benefits, and available options in simple, easy-to-understand terms

  • Offer and conduct test drives following dealership procedures

  • Complete sales paperwork accurately and follow dealership and regulatory guidelines

  • Use our CRM and follow-up systems to stay in touch with prospects and customers

  • Work closely with sales managers, finance, used car, and service teams to deliver a seamless experience

  • Attend regular sales and product training to continually build your skills


What We're Looking For



  • No prior automotive or sales experience required - we'll train the right person

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in helping people

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

  • Good communication skills and willingness to be coached

  • Basic math skills for payments, pricing, and discounts

  • Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and dealership tools

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

  • Ability to obtain a state sales license (as required)


Training, Growth, and Promotion

Work Environment & Physical Demands
