Responsibilities - Car Sales:

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements in order to match their vehicle needs with one in the current inventory.


• Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.


• Follow guidelines and best practices for dealing with and handling Internet inquiries.


• Assist all customers who arrive in our showroom.


• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network.


• Work with sales managers and BDC staff to capitalize on all opportunities.


• Keep up with industry standards and best practices.


• Pass training classes and e-modules to gain and maintain certifications.


• Most, importantly always take care of the customer and have fun while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements:

• Valid MD/ DC/VA Driver's License

Jim Coleman Automotive is a 3rd generation family-owned dealership founded in 1968 by Mr. William Coleman. The Coleman family has been selling and servicing cars in the DMV since the 1950s. Mr. Coleman had a vision of establishing a dealership with a superior level of customer service standards. Jim Coleman Automotive now has 9 franchises throughout Maryland and can be found in Bethesda, Silver Spring, Clarksville, and Ellicott City.
