What You’ll Do
You’ll help customers enjoy a simple, positive vehicle-buying experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming customers and understanding what they need
Presenting vehicles, models, features, and accessories
Explaining available purchase and financing options
Conducting vehicle walk - around and test drives
Following up with interested and previous customers
Learning about new products and attending training sessions
Building customer relationships that last beyond the sale
Following dealership policies and safety standards
You Could Be a Great Fit If You Are
Friendly, confident, and comfortable meeting new people

Dependable, organized, and ready to learn
Focused on providing excellent customer service
Comfortable using computers and performing basic math
Professional in appearance and communication
At least 18 years old
In possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, wireless sales, real estate, or another people-focused role can transfer well—but no specific sales background is required.
