What You'll Do

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget


• Build relationships through phone, text, email, video, and social media communication


• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives


• Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and previous customers


• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within our CRM system


• Create personalized video introductions and follow-up videos for customers


• Utilize social media to expand your network and generate opportunities


• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process


• Generate repeat and referral business

What We're Looking For

• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required


• Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or relationship-building experience is a plus


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Comfortable using technology, social media, and video communication


• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed


• Positive attitude and professional appearance


• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment


• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
