* 5-day week - 40 hr. schedule - 1 day off during the week. **Closed Sundays except for the last Sunday of the month.**
* We promote from within - offering Management and Internet Sales Training.
* Open floor, including leads, distributed round-robin.
* Determine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening.
* Demonstrate vehicles including test drives.
* Report to the Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analytics.
* Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc.
* Maintain a prospect development system.
* Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
* Introduce customers to Service Department personnel to emphasize to them the quality of service available in our expert service department.
**Requirements - Sales Consultant:**
* Previous dealership sales experience preferred but not required, sales experience in other industries will be considered
* A highly competitive individual who wants to succeed
* Steady work history
* Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and good work ethic
* Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through
* Clean Valid driver's license
