Tasks and Responsibilities:
Engage with customers, identifying vehicles aligning with their interests.
Demonstrate self-direction and plan your own activities.
Address customer queries regarding vehicle specifications.
Effectively communicate and showcase product features on the lot or during test drives.
Conduct necessary follow-up activities to maximize sales potential.
Evaluate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance, creating action plans for efficiency improvement.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Education and Experience:
Sales skills with the ability to influence customers.
Basic computer functions and typing knowledge.
Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Maintain a professional appearance.
