Job Description - Sales Consultant $80k-120k Earning Potential

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!! Eide Chevrolet will train you to be successful in the automotive industry. Our extensive training program gives you the tools to control your income and earn more than ever before. If you have the "gift to gab" and are outgoing we're looking for YOU!!!

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact with our customers and you will build strong customer relationships that are based on authentic ongoing engagement. You’ll be instrumental in helping increase overall store sales.

What You’ll Earn

Typical pay: $80,000–$120,000+ annually

Training wage provided

Base salary OR commission (whichever is higher)

Responsibilities:

Identifying and acting upon opportunities.

Effectively present products and services to and develop relationships with potential clients.

Handle all administrative aspects of the sale.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, accessories, pricing plans.

Know the market by keeping up with competitive offers and be able to provide market feedback to the Sales Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs.

Making two-day and two-week follow-up calls with customers to check in with them and to offer additional services.

Qualifications:

High School diploma, GED, or college degree

At least 18 years of age

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Available to work mornings, evenings and Saturdays

Customer service experience a plus

Sales experience

Background in sports or other competitive environments a plus

Experience with commission-based sales
