Sales Consultant & Finance Manager Trainee

Middletown Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant with a strong franchise dealership background to grow into a Finance Manager role. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to advance their career in both vehicle sales and F&I. We provide hands-on training for the right candidate who is ready to step into finance leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and guide them through the sales process.


• Build relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.


• Assist with finance and insurance processes while learning F&I responsibilities.


• Learn to present financing options, and complete transaction paperwork.


• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to meet monthly goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience at a franchise automotive dealership.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.


• Motivated to learn and grow into a Finance Manager role.


• Organized, professional, and detail-oriented.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
