We're looking for a motivated, personable individual to join our sales team in Minot!

At HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables 2, we help customers bring relaxation, wellness, and entertainment into their homes. We offer premium hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, pool tables, and other recreational products.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in what they do, and wants an opportunity to build a successful, long-term career.

Sales experience is preferred, but we're willing to train someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and drive to succeed.

Compensation & Benefits

$70,000–$100,000+ annual earning potential

What You'll Be Doing

This is more than standing in a showroom waiting for customers to walk through the door. Our most successful salespeople take ownership of their business and look for opportunities every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping customers find products that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Building relationships and providing an outstanding customer experience
• Following up with leads and staying connected with potential customers
• Reaching out to previous customers and generating referral business
• Learning our products and confidently demonstrating their features and benefits
• Managing sales opportunities from the first conversation through the completed sale
• Working with your team to keep the showroom looking its best

What We're Looking For

The right person will be someone who is motivated, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Ideally, you:

• Have previous sales experience, preferably in retail, automotive, furniture, home improvement, or other customer-focused industries
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working toward goals
• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Understand the importance of following up and staying organized
• Have a positive attitude and aren't easily discouraged
• Take initiative and don't need to be constantly reminded what needs to get done
• Are eager to learn, improve, and grow your income
