We are expanding and seeking qualified, motivated, and flexible candidates to join our growing sales team.

Candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, IT, or call centers are encouraged to apply. Our in house Training Team is dedicated to your success, offering both online and in store training programs through our manufacturers and our proven road to the sale process.

Pay range listed for this position is from the guaranteed $3,000 base pay, and a limitless top, however our average sales earnings was approximately $70,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.


• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology


• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.


• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.


• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations


• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.


• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day


• Handle the inbound internet leads that come in through our digital doorway, working deals from start to finish.

• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
