Here’s What You Will Be Doing:
Build lasting relationships with customers while helping them find the perfect items to meet their needs, tastes, and purchase options
Follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Join a supportive team that works together to achieve individual goals and company expectations
In addition, you will partner with other members of your team to create an engaging customer experience
You will be responsible for consistently meeting established sales goals
Maintain high level of engagement, greeting customers, cultivating relationships, and discovering furnishing needs
Maintain knowledge of a broad range of furniture styles, trends, and products through company training and your own research of trends
Utilize computer tools to validate credit terms and complete sales transactions

Participate in a 2-week extensive training program, followed by 1 additional week of training in your store
12-week guarantee pay of $720/week

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Positive and engaging personality that will engage and drive sales
Creative flare and energetic attitude
Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering a positive and memorable shopping experience
Computer proficient in placing orders and credit applications
Ability to work a full-time retail schedule that includes nights, weekends (Saturday & Sunday, open to close), holidays, and special sales events
Successful background in working within a team and mentoring other team members to increase yours and your team members’ success
Exceptional listening and problem resolution skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Physical Demands:
Walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift and/or move, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
