Job Description - Sales Consultant - Nissan



Sales Consultant – Nissan Sales


Earning Potential: $60,000 – $125,000


This role is not for everyone.  We’re looking for people who want responsibility, momentum, and a clear path to a higher income.  If you are competitive, confident, and motivated by progress, keep reading.  Our Nissan sales department is actively building the next generation of top performers.  You do not need automotive sales experience.  You do need ambition, work ethic, and the ability to execute.


 




Compensation & Upside:  We don’t cap ambition. We reward it.



  • Base salary + performance bonuses

  • Most Client Advisors earn $55,000–$65,000 in their first 12 months

  • High performers progress faster and earn more

  • Long-term opportunities include six-figure income potential

Who We’re Looking For:  Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is helpful, but not required.  We hire based on values and performance traits, not resumes.

What You’ll Do:  This is a front-line, results-driven role.




  • Greet and engage customers professionally




  • Ask strong questions and identify needs




  • Present vehicles, conduct test drives, and explain features




  • Present pricing and ask for the sale




  • Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email




  • Build and manage your personal client pipeline




  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions




  • Continuously improve your performance




 


Schedule




  • Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM




  • Friday–Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM




  • Closed Sundays




  • One weekday off
