Primary Duties:
We want to provide a first-class car shopping experience to our valued customers.
Build relationships and create customers for life. (Networking and generation potential customer base)
Assist customers in selecting new/used vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
Explain product features, performance, and benefits to each customer.
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
Learn to overcome objectives/obstacles, close sales, and perform all steps in the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) Grow Average and monthly units to dealership standards.
Remain up to date on all products, market trends, and certifications.

Requirements

Must have Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
Must be able to pass a prescreen background and drug test.
Enthusiastic and outgoing
Tech Savvy.
Social Media marketing is a plus!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relating abilities.
Positive attitude and demeanor.
Ability to meet deadlines and achieve set sales target goals.
Ability to meet and talk with new people freely (personable).
Available to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays.
