A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES COORDINATOR

This person is self-motivated, effectively manages their time and is a subject matter expert in Sales Coordination who provides oversite, support and strategic input to ensure quality and profitable leads set. Train, coach, and mentor Sales Coordinators on how to deliver the best customer service to ensure customers have a positive experience. Responsible for measuring sales coordination performance and accountability metrics for success.

What I Do As A Sales Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s Degree plus 1-3 years of related experience.
• 3-5 years of customer service and resolution experience
• Experience with a customer database

• Relateable sales coordination experience
• Management experience
• Knowledge of Word Processing software. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook a must
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This position also has a requirement for holidays with each Sales Coordinator working at least one holiday a year. Holiday hours are 8:00 am-12:00 pm. Except for Memorial Day which is a full shift.
