Job Description - Sales Coordinator

Description

Join our team at Renewal by Andersen! As a Sales Coordinator at Renewal by Andersen, you'll be the backbone of our Sales and Operations teams. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless processes, from coordinating schedules to organizing events, and bridging the gap between sales documentation and operational execution.

We're seeking a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in multitasking, and is proficient in Excel and similar platforms. Your passion for delivering top-notch support will directly contribute to our mission of delighting customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Contract & Document Management: Ensure accuracy and timely processing of contracts, including electronic signatures
  • Training Support: Address complex inquiries and train Design Consultants on new processes
  • Materials & Scheduling: Maintain inventory for Design Consultants, manage schedule changes, and ensure adherence to scheduling standards
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate smooth onboarding, including travel arrangements
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor pipeline, commissions, and contest outcomes
  • Event & Meeting Coordination: Plan and execute events and meetings
  • Travel Planning: Organize travel logistics for team members
  • Correspondence: Manage mailings to customers and other offices
  • Cultural Development: Model desired behaviors and contribute to a positive team culture

Hybrid Work Model:

  • In-Office: 2 days per week
  • Remote: 3 days per week

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in design consultancy, operations, or related roles
  • Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Experience training others and delivering clear instructions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
  • A knack for problem-solving and making things happen
  • Professional, dependable, and a team player
