Pay: $18/hr  + $500 SIGN ON BONUS! 

Life as a Sales Coordinator:

As a Sales Coordinator with Superhost Hospitality at Tru by Hilton Northlake, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, facilitating the sales process and ensuring seamless communication between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments. This position requires a balance of desk shift responsibilities and sales activities, making it a unique and engaging role. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation and coordination of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Working desk shifts to support operations and assist with guest needs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
• Managing and updating customer databases, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Coordinating communication between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments.
• Generating and analyzing sales reports to provide insights and recommendations.
• Supporting the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve targets.

Additional Requirements:

• Hilton Experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales support or coordination is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

In your initial phase, you will undergo comprehensive training to familiarize yourself with our sales processes, customer databases, and company products. Working closely with the sales team, you'll actively contribute to the coordination of sales activities and gain hands-on experience in supporting our sales initiatives.
