Summary: 

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Sales Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of equipment ordering, tracking, delivery coordination, and invoicing for all branch locations. 

What You'll Do:

• Ensure accuracy of orders and coordinate freight for deliveries.
• Receive new equipment and coordinate with Service Departments for prep and installation.
• Collaborate with Branch Rental Coordinators to check equipment for accuracy and damage.
• Approve vendor invoices and input them into the system.
• Maintain stock, sales order, and invoicing logs.
• Perform daily billing functions as equipment is delivered.
• Communicate order status with vendors, salespeople, service departments, and customers.
• Relay information from OEMs to the sales team and sales managers.
• Process demonstration requests, retail lease documents, and equipment shipments.
• Generate daily activity reports.
• Prepare and coordinate delivery paperwork and equipment transfer between branches.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or tech school graduate preferred.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Prior experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to efficiently manage and coordinate sales activities.
• Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and professional communication are a must.
