Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy of the hotel. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

- Coordinate and manage client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.

- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met and events are executed flawlessly.

- Participate in promotional events and trade shows to represent the hotel and attract new business.

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field is a plus.
