Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator! You will be supporting the Outside Sales team in managing customer accounts. This position requires strong communication and customer service skills.

A Typical Day

• Enter purchase orders into Star’s job tracking system.
• Data processing and regular communication between internal and external customer.
• Interact with customers, providing updates on deliver schedules.
• Provide detailed updates on shipping information.
• Coordinate the purchase order with delivery schedule for key accounts.
• Assist Warranty team with claims including coordination between customers and Warranty Tech.
• Process labor related records for subcontractors

• 2 years of experience in a professional environment.
• 1 year of experience with data entry
• Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of customers, both verbally and written.
• Highly organized, detailed and possess strong time management skills.
• Proficient in various software applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and web based applications.

Preferred Experience

• Experience scheduling materials, services to end customer
• Experience with building material products
