Sales Coordinator

• The Sales Coordinator is responsible for handling incoming phone calls and gathering information on sales leads, as well as other office support activities.

• Phones – provides primary receptionist services, answering phones and window inquiries
• Follows up on voicemails and website contacts
• Responds to initial customer contacts and creates project files
• Gathers details for potential jobs, including photos, contact and other job information
• Books flights and hotels for staff as needed
• Provides general administrative support to senior office staff
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times
