Job Description - Sales Coordinator

Position Overview

The Commercial Coordinator will be responsible for managing and expanding clientrelationships across the Latin American market, ensuring customer satisfaction, anddriving commercial growth. This role requires a proactive, organized, and handsâonprofessional who can navigate complex client needs while fostering longâtermpartnerships, working closely with both the U.S. and Brazil teams.

Key Responsibilities

â¢ Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring consistent servicequality.

â¢ Identify opportunities to grow the commercial portfolio and develop newbusiness.

â¢ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing challenges andproviding solutions.

â¢ Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies with operationalexecution.

â¢ Monitor market trends and provide insights to support business development.

Requisitos

Requirements

â¢ Bachelorâs degree in a related field.

â¢ Experience in sales, client management, and portfolio growth, preferably withinindustries such as nitrocellulose, pharmaceuticals, ink, chemicals, or similarsectors.

â¢ Strong organizational skills, proactive and hands-on approach.

â¢ Excellent communication abilities: assertive, detailed-oriented, and capable ofhandling demanding clients.

â¢ Desired: proficiency in Spanish.
