Position: Sales Coordinator

Key Accountabilities

Reports to and supports Tier Account Manager(s)
Work Order entry into WCM ERP System
Sales Quote entry into WCM ERP system
Outside Processing entry into WCM ERP system
Returns entry in WCM ERP system
New part number creation
Primary Customer contact for order processing and status checks
Gathering cost quotes from multiple vendors to allow WCM to accurately price its customers
Order Expediting and updating key receipt and ship dates in WCM ERP system
Monitoring supplier performance to ensure products and service levels conform to WCM's needs (and needs of our customers)
Providing Sales and Operations notable work order and purchase order issues
Post Sales follow up including tracking shipments, retrieving MTRs and other paperwork, and Vendor Purchase order status.

Skills/Key Competencies
High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2-3 years of data entry experience
Detail oriented
Demonstrated experience in cross functional collaboration
Intermediate to expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Autonomous, self-starter
Superior planner and organizer
Holds self personally accountable
Demonstrated achievement orientation
Works effectively and productively with others
Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Competence in use of WCM information systems as they relate to the Purchasing function
Strong industry experience and technical knowledge of specific product lines

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
