Hotel Sales Coordinator

Position snapshot: This entry-level position supports hotel sales activity, group business, client communications, property tours, and event or room-block coordination.

IN-PERSON HOSPITALITY ROLE

This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.

A typical shift may include:

1. Assist with client inquiries, proposals, contracts, and follow-up

2. Participate in face-to-face client meetings or property tours

3. Coordinate details with front office, events, and operations teams

4. Maintain organized sales activity and account records

A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
