You'll be the one making sure issues get resolved, orders get tracked down, and shipments actually happen — all while keeping customers in the loop every step of the way. Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Help customers resolve any issues that come up with their orders


• Address missing items and provide shipping updates

Vendor Coordination

• Communicate with manufacturers regarding product ship dates


• Follow up persistently to get accurate timelines

Order Management

• Advocate for customer needs and push to get resolutions

Qualifications
